How do i uninstall intel extreme graphics 2? (its an onboard video card)?

i tried disabling it in device manager, but that didint sem to work, then i tried uninstalling it in device manager, but it just reinstalled itself the next time i bootted up. Any idea how to get rid of it for good so i can install a new video card?|||Just install ur new graphics card in ur motherboard port then plug ur monitor cabel at the port of ur new graphics card. If that doesn't work, u can disable it in ur bios.
