Start >>> Run >>> then type dxdiag >>>> Enter >>>> Yes
then you will find a full information about your machine go to Display Tab|||left click on desktop >> properties >> settings|||Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Information.
Components > Display.
On the right side it will display the information you are looking for.
