Would an ATI Radeon HD 3450 256MB or an ATI Radeon HD 4350 512MB video card be good to play games?

Would these any of these 2 video cards be good enough to play most of the recent games that have come out?|||I'd say go with a higher rated card. Right now I use Raedon HD 4600 1GB DDR2 AGP which seems to run games good. Anything lower I don't recommend at this time. So look for one of those and or higher end models.
