I have a basic dell optiplex gx280. It has a 250 watt PSU and I don't see any connectors that would attach to the video card.|||Probably but its not the best idea. I just bought a card hoping it would be okay with a 250 watt and it was but i couldn't have fans. It strains your power supply so i bought a new PSU. 500 watts the way to go. you should be okay though.
