Can XP run 4 GB ram and 512 mb Video Card ?

I have Win 7 Ultimate x64 ,4GB of RAM, 512 MB Video card(I don't know why but dxidiag shows 1600MB of approx memory for video card)...If I install Win Xp x32,how will it recognize these specs :?|||XP 32bit can only use a maximum of 3.25-3.5GB RAM. The graphics card will not be a problem on XP.

The only trouble you may have with XP is that if this a very new system that came with Windows 7 pre-insatlled, then you may not find drivers for all the hardware, ethernet drivers, soundcard drivers and others may not exist for XP. So make sure there are XP compatible drivers available for all your hardware before you install XP.

To find the drivers you will need to know the exact make and model of all the hardware components and go to the manufacturers support sites to see if XP compatible drivers exist. If the components in your PC are only a couple years old and the system was built for Windows 7 then there may not be XP drivers available.|||Windows xp 32 bit can run 4gb of ram but to be in the safe zone and no errors 3.5 gb is better, windows xp 64 bit is better for 4gb and above, windows xp driver files are very limited and will install generic drivers for the one's it recognize the others have to go online hoping to find them, the graphic card is no problem, it's good to step down but you have to understand we have only two more years before all support ends for windows xp, so i"m going to enjoy and step up to windows 7 or 8 after 2014.|||No problem with the video card. 32 bit Windows operating system will only recognize up to 3 gigs of RAM. Why would you go from Win 7 to XP?
