I bought a new Video card and it doesn't work?

Hello. I have a problem.

Today i bought new video card Sapphire radeon x1650 pro agp 256mb GDDR3. I uninstalled drivers and removed my old Geforce mx 440. put in my new video card to motherboard Asrock p4v88+, turn the power button on. Video card cooler is working but monitor doesn't show anything, and the green button is blinking. So what's the problem?

P.S sorry for my bad English.|||What is your power supply rated at? If your computer is old enough to have used a GF 440MX, there's a fair chance that it can't handle the power requirements for a 1650.|||probably the card is defected



try to send it to the shop to test it.
